The program I recieved was designed to focus on muscle endurance. I was just getting started back after a rotator cuff and labrum repair. With the program I recieved, my strength as well as endurance have greatly exceeded what I was expecting.
Coach Ty worked with me on a 12-week program. He gave me a lot of energy into my workouts, kept me accountable, and I have gained a ton of strength. For the first time in almost 20 years, I'm back in the 1k pound club, benching and squatting 300+ and deadlifting well over 400. He keeps you accountable and engaged. Well worth the investment!!!
I have completed my 15th week with Davis Performance and am totally satisfied with all aspects of the program. I have found motivation again and am seeing gains that I thought were impossible.
